Triple protection structure
Surface layer: high-density EVA foam (density 80±5kg/m³), absorbing 90% of the impact energy (in accordance with ISO 17357 ship collision standards).
Intermediate layer: Closed cell neoprene (CR) water barrier, blocking salt spray penetration, weather resistant to IP68 rating
Bottom layer: 3M™ VHB™ backing, -40℃~120℃ to maintain adhesion, suitable for fiberglass/aluminum/carbon fiber hulls
Marine Environment Adaptability
UV resistant (QUV 3000 hours test without chalking)
Resistant to oil and dirt (diesel oil and lubricating oil swelling rate after contact <1%)
Anti-marine organism adhesion (surface micro texture inhibits barnacle growth)
